ProMTag Capture Resin can be paired with our ProMTag to enable rapid, unbiased, and reproducible capture and release of proteins in the presence of harsh denaturants and contaminants.
Simply add your ProMTagged protein sample to the resin, incubate for 30 minutes, wash or exchange buffers, and elute in your buffer of choice. Pair with ProMTag capture tubes and waste collection set to help with rapid buffer exchange and elution, and to minimize sample loss.
